REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We thank you and appreciate your choice of pursuing a shopping experience with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our User, concerning any product or service you avail from us. The policy concerning refund and cancellation requests, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

USER CANCELLATION, REFUND & EXCHANGE

  1. Cancellations, returns and exchanges are NOT permitted once order is placed.
  2. Refund requests for products purchased by Users, may be entertained and considered by the Company, if placed within 7 days of receiving the order, ONLY under the following circumstances
    •  If the Users find Damaged products delivered to them,
    •  If the Users find Wrong order items /mismatched products delivered to them,
    • .If the Users find expired products delivered to them.
  3. No Refund requests will be considered post 7 business days after receiving the Order.
  4. All refunds will be remitted to source and processed within 15 working days from approval of refund request.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. The payments made by Users using the Platform are also refundable under the following circumstances –
    • If the Products for a User could not be rendered within the estimated time while placing it;
    • If The Company cancels the order due to reasons not attributable to the User, including but not limited to incapability of rendering Service, sudden unavailability of products after placing the order, non-availability of Delivery Partners,
  2. The Company reserves the right to look into the cancellation request of the User and determine if such cancellation request falls under the conditions mentioned above.
  3. If The Company is satisfied that the request and same fulfils any of the aforesaid conditions, then The Company shall process the cancellation request and refund amounts to the User.
